Independence Day just wouldn’t be the same without seeing a beautiful fireworks display that night. The July 4th fireworks help to remind us how this country had to fight for its independence and freedom. As families in West Palm Beach gather together on under the night sky the 4th of July 2016, here are the best spots to watch the glorious light and sound fireworks show in West Palm Beach.
West Palm Beach Waterfront
Park in the garage on 215 N. Olive Street at Banyan, or along the street at meters, and stroll on down to the waterfront for the 4th on Flagler fireworks event in West Palm Beach. The evening’s festivities start at 5:00 p.m. and end at 10:00 p.m. It’s an outdoor extravaganza that is free to attend. Food and beverage vendors will be on site to offer classic American food and a selection of craft beers. There will be three stages with live music, as well as a special military salute to honor those who have fought for our freedom. An 18-minute pyrotechnic display over the Intracoastal and synced to inspiring music will round out the night. Try to get there early. Based on previous years, over 100,000 attendees are expected.
